“When I think about the past year, the term working from home immediately comes to mind. And at the same time, missing office life. However, 2021 certainly saw positive developments.” This is what Jorn Wittendorp, founder of Ydentic, has to say. “For example, we noticed that when the coronavirus disappeared into the background for a while, people immediately took action again. Despite the pandemic, we had a good year.

“On the other hand, we also notice some parties adopting a somewhat wait-and-see attitude now it’s clear the corona crisis isn’t completely over. And despite that being understandable, we at Ydentic think that it’s important to take control right now. Especially in this time when so much is already being decided for you. And addressing this theme is more important than ever at a time when creating tranquility in organizations is a must. The challenges of MSP companies

In practice this means ensuring a ticket that previously took fifteen minutes to process is now processed in a few minutes. Absenteeism should also reduce. After all, we are currently seeing service desk employees who are overworked. And it’s been going on too long. When customers can get faster help, frustration reduces and job satisfaction and customer satisfaction increases.
