The challenges of MSP companies
“The majority of MSPs face the same challenges: IT no longer works as it should, there is too little time, too much work pressure, and a shortage of personnel, while the management itself wants to focus on strategy but is still losing too much time helping customers,” continues Jorn. “It is important to break the pattern. This starts with realizing that software does not cost money, but is a smart investment to take quick and time-saving steps. Putting your head above the parapet comes with some risk. In practice this means ensuring a ticket that previously took fifteen minutes to process is now processed in a few minutes. Absenteeism should also reduce. After all, we are currently seeing service desk employees who are overworked. And it’s been going on too long. When customers can get faster help, frustration reduces and job satisfaction and customer satisfaction increases.
