End users – often employees outside the direct IT environment within an organization – have access to Ydentic via the self-service portal. This is the place where they manage their data themselves, request new passwords or other user rights. It prevents the many phone calls, emails and walks to service desks or IT management. This leaves everyone with time to do what they are good at.
